Rabbits! Raising, Processing and Cooking
This workshop will teach you the skills needed to raise rabbits for meat.
You will learn:
Housing
Breed Selection
Foraging
And then we will move into harvesting and cooking.


We will be harvesting five rabbits, pairs of two per rabbit. Five attendees will be able to take home the butchered rabbit. Please choose if you would like to do that during the checkout process.

Eric & Sara will also have samples of rabbit gnocchi soup and other tasty dishes to try during the class.
Expect a jam-packed rabbit session!


ABOUT YOUR TEACHERS:
Eric & Sara Peitz, with Peitz Family Farm, out of Fayetteville, TN have been breeding and selling pedigree rabbits for years. They are passionate about the species and truly love educating on all things rabbit.
